Bt.com Redesign

2017: BT.com was on a journey to transform it’s digital space — We completely redesigned the shop-front, pre-sales and order journey experience for new and existing customers. The new design implemented a cleaner and simpler user interface and applied logic to the use of colour throughout. Working with rapid agile design and development teams we produced a style and component guide to ensure a consistent customer user experience across all platforms.

The new pages showcase the entertainment content from BT whilst helping to demonstrate the expansive product range from broadband to mobile. The site was designed to meet AA levels of accessibility.
